A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an admin assistant to work within the recruitment industry. You will work very closely with 2 Recruitment Consultants.
Main duties include:
Checking and responding to emails Taking accurate details of Bookings Replying to candidate CV`s Checking original documentation Entering CV`s onto an in-house database Referencing candidates Checking candidates availability for work Typing correspondences and preparing mailshots
Successful candidates will have good MS Word, Excel and Outlook. You will be confident, have good time management skills + have a flexible approach.
This role would suit a 2nd jobber or candidates with an interest in developing a career within Recruitment.
Hours 9.00 - 17.00 20 days holiday Non smokers only
